CUSTOMERS receive an SMS alert as soon as the driver is en route. The message provides a link to a map (HTML5 mobile web page) from which they can view the driver’s progress and updated ETA.
Drivers receive a mobile app that manages their tasks, assist them to navigate & communicate with customers, and ultimately do more, faster & better.
The BUSINESS receives the ability to manage and keep track of the drivers. See them on the map, assign jobs, receive alerts, etc.

•Communicate directly and in real time with the office and the customer at home, and keep them posted at all times.

For the Business
•Manage tasks and routes, see & manage waypoints
•Share drivers’ location with customers
•Know info on job, customer and route
•Navigate via the optimal route directly to and from jobs

•Show past records, past locations and statistics

For Drivers
•Alerts - Automated push notifications from the system
•Task is at risk - according to the task list, the system detects that the driver might not make it on time
•Check-in (arrive to location) not pressed - automatic alert from the system
•Check-out not pressed - the current task hasn’t been announced as completed
•End of shift not pressed - you are still logged on to the system
•Incoming messages - from customer / dispatcher / other drivers
•Incoming new task
•Incoming pending tasks - still not approved (escalating)
•Alert customer that the you are heading their way
•Low ratings - If driver receives a low rating on a task, the dispatcher is alerted in order for him to contact the driver and find out why.
